✨ Preparation (Before Ceremony)

1–2 Days Prior:

  • Eat clean, light, nourishing meals (fruits, vegetables, grains, broth).
  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, dairy, pork, processed foods, and recreational substances.
  • Hydrate well with water and herbal teas.

Night Before:

  • Eat your last meal no later than 7pm (light & simple).
  • Set your intention (journal or meditate on what you’d like to release or call in).
  • Get plenty of rest.

Day of Ceremony:

  • Fast for 6–8 hours before session (water only).
  • Do not take supplements or medications unless cleared in consultation.
  • Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
  • Bring:
    • A water bottle
    • Journal & pen
    • A small blanket if desired
    • An open heart & willingness to surrender

🌸 Aftercare (Integration & Recovery)

Right After Ceremony:

  • Rest and hydrate slowly.
  • Eat something light and nourishing (soup, fruit, broth, or plant-based meal).
  • Take time to journal or sit in silence to capture insights.

First 24–48 Hours:

  • Avoid alcohol, heavy/greasy foods, and strenuous activities.
  • Stay hydrated with water, coconut water, or herbal teas.
  • Be gentle with yourself, physically and emotionally.
  • Rest, stretch, or do light walking if it feels good.

Ongoing Integration:

  • Continue journaling your dreams, feelings, and insights.
  • Meditate or practice gentle breathwork/embodiment exercises.
  • Eat clean, grounding foods that support your body’s healing.
  • Connect with supportive community, loved ones, or integration coaching.
  • Revisit your intention, notice what’s shifted and what new clarity has arrived.
